Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Some components aren’t identified consistently, for example the hover over state on the menu when using a mouse isn’t the same as when navigating with a keyboard. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 3.2.4 Consistent Identification.
Content that isn't within the scope of the accessibility regulations
- The OpenStreetMap of our location in the footer isn’t fully accessible. The links aren’t grouped semantically. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships. Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 26 March 2026. It was updated on 1 April 2026.
We did our own testing using the Silktide accessibility tools and a combination of NVDA, Silktide and Narrator screen readers.
We also conducted manual testing exercises such as navigating using a keyboard and different zoom settings and screen sizes.
We tested all the pages on the website to include all its functionality such as the dynamically generated Inquest dates tables, filtering and pagination, reusable blocks of information, banners, buttons, links, images and maps.
